Kenji was born as the oldest child for Hinata and Yousuke Nobuyuki. He has a little sister whom he adores. Out the two sibling, she's a little more mature than he is though. From a young age, Kenji was always more creative and artistic instead of being really scholarly. He did enjoy school but due to the fact that he can get distracted easily, it's been hard for him to concentrate. But he's been trying to stop getting distracted as much and he thinks he's doing a good job but whether he is or not depends on his teachers. One day, his mother took him to an orchestra concert and he just fell in love with the thought of performing in front of others.

As he went through school, he took more performance-based classes and his love for it all only grew. His mother and father saw that he had promise so they told him to continue on studying and to get better at it as he grew. He found out how clumsy he was when he was walking home one day after school and tripped over his own two feet. On stage, he hasn't managed to trip when he's performing but as soon as he goes backstage, he'll stumble over anything. He also tends to run into walls and doors a lot. Currently, he's in his last year at Utopia University.

He knows that as soon as he graduates, he'll have to find a job. But that won't stop him from continuing on singing and performing on the side. It's something he loves to do so he's going to continue to do it for as long as he possibly can.
