EYES WIDE SHUT
but they know, buried alive by the lies in their soul, their stride of a blind man's stroll. Well for whom does the
NEXT BELL TOLL
Making his way to the bike he owned the sixth year yawned a little as he fixed his goggles and had a spare set for the young lady he'd be taking with him tonight. He'd show her the sights so to speak even if it was a night or more just after the sun set. Being a vampire seemed like a hell of a lot of hassle so he'd at least try to make sure she enjoyed things while she could. Revving the bike once or twice he was making sure that there was still a decent roar to the vehicle and then he pulled it out of it's parking space and to the main gates of the academy, punching the horn to let the girl know if she was already on her way to meet him that he was ready. He'd wait for her to show up, goggles currently sat on his forehead.
"Hey there. I don't think it'll be much of a problem where we're going first. The sunlight that is." He smirked a little before handing her a helmet and goggles so that she didn't end up with bugs going in her eyes or something else like that.
"Just hop on and hold on tight. I already signed us both out." He smiled a little as he waited for her to climb on behind him and regardless of what she said? He'd set off once she was good and settled. A deep rumble turned in to a roar as he pulled away from the academy and now took to the roads.
"Probably feels kinda weird eh?" He called over his shoulder to her as he navigated the streets of Eden, though as they started to get close to where they were headed, there was a distinct change in scenery. It grew dark rapidly. It was closer to the ocean, the beach and the harbour so the distinct scent of the summer ocean was clear enough, the temperature was warm but with a gentle breeze and when he finally came to a halt. He'd parked his bike and helped Quinn off the vehicle.
"Not sure what you'll think of it but it's definitely better than visiting crummy old ruins that were once temples. C'mon this way." He actually took her hand at that point and was leading the way to a pier where they could both sit down and there was a stall or two near by in case food or drink was needed.
"We'll have to wait for a minute or two but just... Watch the sky..." In a matter of minutes there were twinkles in the distance as the moon came out, then those stars started to fall, streaking across the skies leaving trails of stardust and even music though it almost sounded like rippling wind chimes.
"They say it's a spell, yet, it's harmless to people. Just something nice to watch and listen too."
