| This particular temple that people had been asked to investigate was ruined beyond repair. However the rumors were that this place was home to the undead, not vampires or anything like that but things much worse. Things that didn't just feed on people or animals they left absolutely no trace that there was even a person to begin with. Just charcoal remains as if they'd been burned to a crisp. This team of people had been gathered haphazardly but there was another reason why this had to be done. The principal thought it would be good form to have people from the academy helping those within the city. They refused however to let a certain gemstone fanatic join the fray this time around. Three jobs. This one was to deal with the temple ruins. Their goal was simple. To clear it out of anything that shouldn't be within the city walls. Monsters and things of that nature. What they weren't aware of was what was lurking within this temple. Once they actually entered they would find the floor was unusually clean, lamps were lit as if this place was in perfect shape and even the inside had no holes or anything out of place. If they stepped outside again they'd see the holes in the roof, but again inside it was pristine. Something was off here. It was as if there was a loop of an earlier time. Ahead of them the group would see two doors, one to the left and one to the right. They had a choice. They could either head left, head right or investigate the immediate area.

Auron let out a quiet sigh as he looked at the old temple that was in front of him. While he didn't find it strange that they would send someone from the Academy to take care of the problem that was within, there had to be said that being accompanied by kids was a little strange to him. He was expecting a team of security to be sent here and take care of the problem. However that was what the Academy wanted, to teach this kids something? Auron had no real clue about that, but one thing was for certain they were his responsibility. Another problem was that he didn't have a permit to bring his sword here, this was going to be challenging but whatever the case is with this place he will have to get through it.
He entered the temple, regardless if there was anyone coming his way to meet up with him, they were smart at least he hoped they were. They would figure out that he was already inside. The first thing he noticed was that the holes that were on the ceiling before are no longer there. It looked.... clean. Like time had no affected this place for as long as this temple had been standing. The room was lit up with laps all around the room so Auron could see find even with his sunglasses. It didn't take a genius to know that there was something odd going on inside this temple. There was something not right that made him more cautious than before.
Ahead of him there were two doors, one to the left and one to the right, right from the start there was a fork in the road. It was almost amusing to see that but he would have to wait for his other partners to come and see this place. Only then once they decided what they wanted to do would he voice out their options. If he had the choice in the matter he would go right, if they were going to pick their hell it might as well be the one he was closest to at the moment.

| He'd been sent to the meeting point and honestly he didn't understand why he was sent to a temple. They just weren't his thing really. Then again with his reputation it wasn't any wonder they sent him on more or less 'clean up' duty. Giving a yawn as he finally arrived he'd wave to his co-workers for this job. Yes. Job. That's how he thought of it.
The older male who was with the group didn't really say anything so? Ebon didn't see the need to either. At least not right now. He simply nodded to the man, of course Ebon actually had a sword on his back when he showed up unlike the other man and now he noticed that he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Um... I figured I might need it... I have a revive gem too just in case... Always best to be prepared..." He was a little nervous but other than that he was fine. It was only a matter of time till people saw him in battle and that would show his true colors.
Looking at the room they were in he frowned. Already this place didn't seem too forgiving. That and there were two doors to pick from.
"I'm going to check out this room while we wait for the others, then I'll go with you people wherever you go. I just think there might be some sort of clue around here." He offered and then he wandered around taking a look at the room and just outside of the temple. Maybe he'd find something?

in a dream i was alive. What the hell was he even doing here? He wasn't a combat major at the moment and for all he knew this was some sort of suicide mission. The fact that he would be completely capable of dying was something that hadn't actually weighed heavily on his mind until now. There was always a chance of dying whenever you got sent outside of a safe zone after all and while he liked putting himself into the Red Zone for obvious reasons this was much different. As much as he hated a good chunk of his life and himself there wasn't a real reason for throwing himself so directly under the bus. But that meant nothing now as he followed behind the rest of the group into the temple.
He had no idea who these people were but he was supposed to expect them to help keep him safe? Now that was ridiculous. When push came to shove it would probably everyone looking out for themselves like it was outside of these walls. This place was supposed to have been ruined but once he stepped inside he wondered what kind of neat freak had come up with that description. There was nothing to indicate that this place was destroyed at any time so why were they even here. Ignoring the fact that both of his teammates had apparently made decisions to do things already he began wandering around the room, trying to find anything of interest before he inevitably got dragged off to another room.

A mission...Raze had been given something along the lines of a mission where he would be working with others from the school to do something in this location- the temples. This was an area that he had never been in but had been generally curious about so today was a win-win situation for him. Not fully aware that he would be the last to arrive to the meeting area he would walk over to where the others were congregated and stood there silent for a moment before looking each of them over, seeing two of his classmates and another he had never seen before. So far he didn't have any issues with the people he was with so with a small nod to them all while trying to compile his thoughts on the current objective. So far he would only notice that the room itself was spotless and clean as if someone had either spent too much time trying to get it to this point or something else had gone down, but he would assume this was the thought of everyone in here especially considering the condition of the outside. Once he had looked around the room for a bit he would now turn to the doors scratching his head," Two doors...I wonder if they will suggest splitting up or not ," The thought of splitting up had made Raze a bit weary considering that what this temple held in store for them was unknown, but then again they wouldn't know until they moved about.

| While searching around the group would find several different things. Creed would find some sort of old gold dial or more... Part of it. It resembled perhaps a key of some sort that'd need to be joined with a second piece. Raze would find a book on riddles that was left behind by someone. Ebon would find a box of chalk and a golden dagger. Do the explorers take what they found? Now they'd go through the right hand door since Auron made the choice to do so. Once through the door however, it would slam closed behind them and fade in to the wall as if it never existed. They were quite frankly. Trapped. Until they figured out what was going on here. The hallway ahead of them was long and narrow, lit with the occasional torch. However, upon going a little over half way, they would see that the end was a dead end. Do they keep going just to see if it's really a dead end or perhaps turn around and check if they missed any other 'hidden' doors?

Once everyone started to look around Auron waited patiently for them to find whatever then could find to fight or to use at a later date. This temple reeked of secrets and frankly he wasn't fond of secrets. He closed his eye and continued to wait, there was no need to rush thing as much as he could, with him he had no weapons so to speak. So once everyone gather back together with whatever they found Auron turned and started to walk into one of the paths, being a somewhat lazy person he chose the door that was closest to him.
"IF you're done lets go." That was all he said to the party, he continued to move forward, making sure that those that continued following him did so and if anyone stayed behind then he would not care and let them do whaever they wish. Once everyone was in the corridor the door behind them vanished so there was nothing but a solid wall behind them. Auron continued to walk, not sure if the others were following or not, he needed to find a way to get them out of this corridor. Once they made it to the end then there was nothing but another solid wall. This was starting to trouble him, of course he didn't show it and looked at whomever came with him. "Lets look around to see if there are any paths hidden."
With that in mind he began to backtrack and louch the walls with his hand. He tried to feel something off from the walls, something that would lead to another path, there was no way that this temple woulc close them off so easily. It was still only the first step of the game. Whatever or whomever controlled the temple then they wouldn't just make it easy to meet their ends.

| Since he found chalk and a dagger he figured it might be useful so? He took the items with him. A frown played on his face though. As he got closer to Auron he decided to tell the man what he'd found.
"Chalk and a dagger... Not much but might come in handy..." He followed through the door and then once everyone was through the door vanished and just left a wall. Ebon wasn't too pleased with that.
"Eh I have a hot teacher waiting for me to come back so I'm not going to let this place keep me here. Ever. She's really nice too... Typical that I land myself with a sex ed teacher though... Maybe I'm just lucky she's a cougar?" He arched a brow as he went back to looking for a way out, sure he was just talking for the sake of talking but it actually gave them something to talk about.

in a dream i was alive. What the fuck was this thing? Some sort of ridiculous dial? Shoving it into his pocket he stayed near the back of the group. There were too many people that he didn't know and one person he wasn't particularly fond of on this mission and he would be damned if he actually opened his mouth to deal with them. After all what was the point? Unless it was some sort of emergency what would be gained out of him speaking to these people? Especially once one of them brought up the fact that he was messing around with a teacher. Was everyone at this school fucking a teacher? Was there something he was missing or was it just the fact that this place was strange as hell. At least it was better than home. The dead end frustrated him even more and he let out a small yet angry grumble. Pushing his hand against walls he tried to find some sort of door that they missed before pushing on to the dead end and searching that wall as well. Maybe there was something they were missing? All he wanted was to get this thing done and over with.

Raze stared at the book for a minute wondering who in their right mind would leave such a good conditioned book laying around an abandoned temple, but then again it could have easily been a sign that someone was leaving behind. Taking the book into his right hand he would run his left hand over it for a moment before hearing one of the others speak saying it was time to move on. Holding onto the book he would begin to walk forward, following behind the group in silence as he pondered on the significance of the book he found. Being the last one to walk into the new corridor he would hear the large hallway close off behind him," Just...fucking lucky," he murmured to himself as he took in his new surroundings. A couple of torches lit their path giving off minimal light at best which would unknowingly be a good thing for him considering he could be another light source. Slowly he would look at the dead end that they had came to and scratched his head with his free hand wondering just if this had been the end. With the suggestion of looking around for hidden doors coming into play, Raze would walk over to one of the walls and use his left hand to channel enough fire to light the walls up a bit more so that he could see if there were any unnoticeable traces in the wall that one might have missed.

| As the group searched the walls Auron would find a door though there was noise behind it, a scratching sound that perhaps meant something was trying to get out... Or in... Better yet? Creed having gone right to the end of the corridor would find a hidden stair case, that lead... Down... In to the dark. With an extremely cold breeze flowing up out of it and a slightly rancid smell... Like rotting meat. What the hell was down there? If you listened you could hear what sounded like dripping water, but who knows what the hell it was. What do the group do? Go down the stairs or perhaps go through the door that Auron had found? They could always split up and try to find answers that way but there was no telling if they'd find each other again. They'd have to possibly take chances.

Auron looked at the kid who just said that, did the boy really just told him about his relationship with a teacher? For one that was too much information to be sharing to anyone really. He didn't want to know any more than what was in front of him. So Auron did what he did best, forget those last two seconds of his life as if it never happened. He glanced the kid with the same sotic look he always had before searching arond the hall for some way out. He banged on the wall with his hand, trying to feel a hollow area when he finally found it. He knocked again to feel its hollowness from the other side. There was suddenly a scratching noise coming from the other side.
Auron leaned in closer to try and figure out what was on the other side. Was something trying to escape whatever place it was stuck in? That would be a possibility, this temple wasnt the run of the mill variety. He looked to the side at the other pathway that was opened thanks to one of the other studens. So they had two ways going about it, they could stay and see if they had to fight or they could continue on and see where the second pathe would lead up. Auron turned around and looked at the three young men. "You have a choice of being greeted by the welcoming committee here or we follow the path below. I chose the second but you what you think its best."
Having said what he waited for an answer, he was fine with either decision. He just made one if no one else did, just to have a decision handy.

Two pathways had been found by his other team members which had caused Raze to stop his searching and walk over to the others to see what they had found. From the one door he could hear the faint sounds of scratching from the other side of it which made that option very unsettling. The fact that something had been scratching on the other side of it meant that they were not alone in this temple or maybe something was left in here for some odd reason. The other however as he looked were just a bunch of stairs that continued to go down with no definite stop and very little light which he would be able to solve easily. After hearing one of the others speak, Raze would agree that the most logical thing to do would be to go down the stairs although curiosity told him to open the door just to see. Looking to the stairs he would speak although briefly," I agree...we should take the stairs. Never know what that could be behind that door," his eyes however stayed on the door as he continued to ponder just what could possibly be clawing on the other side of it.
Actions: Waiting for the rest to come up with a decision,

| Well it seemed that ways out were found, though one smelled of rot, the other had something living behind it.
"You have a choice of being greeted by the welcoming committee here or we follow the path below. I chose the second but you what you think its best." Ebon took a moment to assess the situation. It would be best if they stuck together.
" I agree...we should take the stairs. Never know what that could be behind that door," Ebon now looked at where the guy was looking, the scratching noise.
"Hmmm I have to agree actually... Downstairs we go, hopefully we can come back and find out what's in that room though." He commented as he followed Auron and Raze. It stank yes, he felt sick to his stomach but he'd grit his teeth and bare it for now.

| The group descended down the stairs. In to the murky darkness below, the stench of rot and decay only growing stronger as they went. It wouldn't be surprising if one or two of them maybe even all of them threw up during the descent. Once they reached the bottom however, they would find the stone basement went on for quite a ways, torches lit their path. It was dimly lit but they could take some torches from the walls with them should they need too. Cobwebs hung from the corners of the walls and ceilings, the whistle of a breeze flowing through the place made the stench move around. Then further ahead, a wailing erupted breaking the almost deafening silence of the place. That wailing was getting closer... What do you do?
