HISTORY Clovis was born into the Royal family of Devereaux as the first prince of the family and the next heir to the throne. During the beginnings of his life, Clovis had been bathed in the life of a prince given some of the most expensive things that one could ever want, but even with this the child loved knowledge more than toys. At the age of five he had been tutored and taught by some of the best scholars in Devereaux in the ways of Magic, English, Fencing and how to carry himself like a prince should instead of going into a traditional school. As the prince however he had also been seen as a "political" tool often going with his parents for meetings and councils over matters that affected the entirety of his home and land. Through these meetings he had found that not everything in Devereaux was as it should be, prompting him to take an interest into the politics of his homeland. Although he had been in the politics of his country, there had been one issue that the household of Voclain had been split against since its suggestion first came up- The co-existence of non- humans in Devereaux. The house had been split in and even vote, His mother's side voting against the act because she felt as if the non-humans were nothing but flaws in the world, and his father being for it due to making their country a haven for those who would like to travel and stay. The house was a lit in an uproar until one of the house advisers brought up Eden, a place known for their co-existence of both humans and non-humans. With the house still in a state of a split consensus, Clovis was brought into the picture to be the deciding number whether or not to allow this to happen or not. Seeing no harm in allowing the non-humans to exist with them, but with no experience with them whatsoever, he volunteered himself to travel to Eden and live there in order to come to his own decision without the aid of anyone in the family. With the decision he had made, his father made arrangements to send him off to Eden where he would spend time living with the people there to finally come to a decision and end the debate.
