Xion may look like one of those reserved girls you'd find sitting in her own little spot doing her own thing, and they wouldn't be too far off. True, she is a little reserved, but the girl tries to be social even though she finds it a little difficult, more worried about making a good first impression than anything. Because of that, she trips over her words now and then and can over apologize if she feels she said or did something wrong. But given time, Xion's usual personality shines once she relaxes enough.

Underneath the nerves, Xion is a very kind and mannered girl with a surprisingly relaxed demeanor around those she knows. Granted, she is still cautious with her choice of words, but she talks more openly as time passes. However, she normally tries to play passive, never wanting to upset others for any reason in fear of damaging a relationship. The case can change at times depending if Xion opposes something that's said, but the moment is usually rare. Regardless, there is a breaking point. The girl normally has a tolerance that keeps her from snapping at people, but with that long fuse comes a big explosion. Her anger and frustration comes out all at once, possibly even leading to a physical confrontation... although she's more likely to lose said fight.

Xion usually tries to downplay herself regarding any praise or compliment, making her seem like she's playing the 'humble' card. In truth, she really just lacks a little self-confidence. She can be pretty stubborn if told otherwise, pulling any excuse she can to prove them wrong. But she can be convinced. All one has to look for is a small smile with a bit of pink on her face.

Xion grew up in a small town with her parents. Her father was a businessman while her mother was a full-time mom, neither of them ever leaving Xion alone. The girl was very shy as a kid, never really talking to anyone even when introduced. As time went by she grew out of it for the most part, but some of the insecurity seems to stay there like a weed. Her family moved quite a few times during her life, letting her see different places but could never stay long enough to fully settle in and get comfortable.

Constantly being the 'new girl' left an impression on her. There were plenty of people helping her get used to the area she was at, but with how frequently it happened Xion felt like she was being coddled too much. It left her in a point where she simply told everyone, "It's fine. I can figure it out." But after a while, she found no one approaching her for anything. It backfired in a way she didn't intend, thus playing at her insecurity. To this day she is very cautious about how she says things.

It was one day while she and her parents were talking that her dad brought up the subject about her staying at Utopia Institute, otherwise known as Eden Academy. As it turned out, Xion's parents felt the constant moving wasn't helping her on neither an academic or social level, and since neither of them knew when they could finally find a place to settle in, they looked into the school. It was also stated it would give Xion a taste of being more independent and could help 'build her character'. Even Xion knew the hidden meaning in his words, but actually staying at one place until she graduated sounded interesting enough for her. Plus, how could one more move hurt?
