PERSONALITY TRAITS

She's impulsive and wants a change in her life but doesn't know where or how to go about it resulting in whichever solution sounds the most profitable or interesting. The type of person that is friendly enough to be approachable, agreeable to help when tasks aren't too big of a problem, but will often times look like a ditz for lacking in the knowledge department of common know how like history and how other countries work. Doesn't enjoy staying in one place and will drop tasks when they get too dull for her liking when self entertainment options wear out. The worst she'll do to someone is ask a ton of questions as her method of conversation engagement and bore their ears off that way. Her emotions are easy to read and her use of a poker face is lacking beyond sending mixed signals whenever nervous. 

LIKES:
• Charms, knowing, seeing, learning what people find to be their own. 
•Star gazing. Not so much actually knowledgeable but like to lay about and staring up at them.
•Conjuring small random toys and trinkets to play with and lying about where they come from when people ask.

DISLIKES:
• People assuming djinn/genies are sexy dancers.
•Begging for wishes. Just doesn't work like that since they are more like favors.
•Being asked what she wants to do in the future or past. That's boring talk!

HABITS:
• Pacing around. It's almost impossible for her to stay still for long without whipping out a toy by magic or walking around in circles. Keeping her hands and feet still makes her even more restless.
•A tell tale sign of being uncomfortable is when she starts laughing. Nervous, scared, cowering; she will laugh. It's not that she's joking or find the situation funny, just something in her makes her laugh out of fear and worry. Possibly out of the stress the event causes.


INTERESTING TRAITS:
• Can't sing; her musical talents are either playing an instrument or humming. That's it. No manner of magic can fix that.
• As a djinn; flight, floating, item conjuring, and appearance manipulation (size change and brief transformations) is all there but only small things and nothing crazy unless it is a wish she's granting. The will and desire of a wish brings about more magical power based off that....or however she interpenetrate it whenever the wish is just something flat wrong or weird but within the boundaries of life. With that said, Only grants wishes 12 a year as per her limitations. Needy desires get tiring (and parental control limits)
• As a djinn of the stars, she is naturally drawn to heavenly things be it a star pattern, a person of celestial (not holy) wave lengths, to simple star gazing and watching the sun raise and set.
• Does small star readings. As in, can only read the sway of the stars of that month and day and how things may be slightly good or bad for that person. It's not perfected though and most bad things tend to be the person falling down some stairs or having a water bucket fall on their head.

Living and unbound to an item since creation, Arisen has done her share of granting wishes but tends to wander off in the desert by nightfall. Somewhere in those long years, she left the companionship of a very clingy human who felt abandoning them deserved entrapment in a piece of jewelry they had on their person. Long years came and went resulting in an innocent piece of jewelry becoming rumors of being cursed. Wearers began to believe they heard dark voices whispering into their minds as they slept. In reality, it was Arisen attempting subliminal messaging to get the bearer to talk in their sleep. It took a nation's worth of people to get it right for their wish to 'have these voices go away'. However the wish was worded, Arisen was happy to jump on it to free herself and carry on. 

All those years of being in some earring and her own fault of never paying attention to geography and history made her a wanderer. Without a guide, she turned to the stars to lead her to her family for advice. Finding her father in bed with another woman made her regret finding the man but that is how the stars suggested. The reunion wasn't how she predicted it to be but her father, Yun, had suggested that for being missing for 30 years, it is best a girl such as herself should acquire a real education. Leaving the country of Bahiyya in the dead of night after her small family reunion, the only place her father recommended was to go to Utopia Institute. A renown establishment should fulfill her needs of lost time, is what they both hoped for before parting ways once more.
