Brief Description:
Rowe at a first glance wouldn't really stand out that much, she's the kind of person who'll shy away from crowds because she's not that fond of people and she certainly isn't very talkative unless she knows a person and feels that they can be trusted. Because of her own seclusion from people she's rather withdrawn and closed off, she might not even pay attention to most people which makes her seem like she's distancing herself a bit. She's cold to the point where she'll say exactly how she feels and won't hesitate to tell you to leave her alone and if you cross her she doesn't forgive very easily. She's also very indecisive when it comes to things so joining the institute was an extremely difficult task for her. Once she's made up her mind however, it's difficult to change it.

Now, that's all the bad, there are good things about her she's very thoughtful, so if she does make friends she'll study them and if it comes to a birthday she'll pick something that they'd find useful or enjoy. She's very calm, it wouldn't be odd to find her relaxing with a drink in a bar where there's a brawl going on, she just ignores the chaos and finishes her drink before leaving. She is honest and is unselfish, despite not liking people very much she would give someone her hoody if they so needed it to keep them warm or would happily pay for a homeless person to have a hot meal and bed for the night.

Rowe is rather reliable in the fact that if it's needed she'll help with a problem however if the problem is out of her league or even seems that way, she will shy away from it and let someone else deal with it. She's not so confident in her abilities and most of the time won't use them unless provoked.

Rowe doesn't remember too much before she was enrolled in the academy, she does however remember that the time she spent with her younger brother Nyth and father Glaciaconis who was a dragon was the happiest she ever was. She was content and would have happily spent her entire life that way, learning from her parent and being cared for by the dragon. Though the dragon didn't really care much about others, it always cared about her and her sibling, defended them and helped to nurture both of the children.

There was a point where Rowe became extremely ill but during this time the sickness overwhelmed her and she fell in to a week long coma. When she woke up she was surprised that she was still alive and again she went back to training with her dragon parent not wasting any time. She had to grow stronger, she had to protect her brother and she needed to be prepared for when she would enter the Utopia Institute.

Then came the day that the dragon disappeared. She remembers it well because where she was it was raining and she woke up due to thunder. She also found her dragon parent gone. That caused her to panic. Running out in to the rain without any thought and almost getting lost in the wilderness while looking for her parent. She did return home to make sure her brother was okay but she figured out the day when they had to go to Utopia was finally here. She was eleven at the time and she lead her brother from place to place making sure he was well fed and watered even if that meant going hungry herself. He's probably one of the only reasons why she can even stand people to this day.

The second reason why she could stand people right now is her boyfriend, who she's been dating for a little over two months, he's helped ground her and also helped her learn a little more about how to socialize and generally relax. She's quite the tense and violent person so she's not entirely sure how he puts up with it but at least with the coming term she'll have someone to room with and she won't be stuck in a room with some retard that she hates the guts of. Unless of course they get a triple dorm in which case... All hell could break loose.
