However this does not mean he can not or will not fight. He just tends to only do it if their is an actual need. Though he will occasionally spar with his friend Sora or one of his brothers. He is also very protective of his friends. He doesn't like seeing them hurt and doesn't stand for anyone threatening them. One of the quickest ways to get him to fight is threatening and endangering his friends. Riku isn't one to lack conviction either. Whenever in battle he will attack his opponent relentlessly though in spars he takes time to taunt his opponent. If their is something he feels strongly about he will fight. This was a positive influence on the three of them as even though their parents sometimes got confused on which triplet was which it showed that they saw them as individuals. This helped them develop their own personalities a little bit more. Though that isn't to say that the brothers didn't have their times of sibling rivalry. Riku tended to stay the more level headed of the others though he would get involved in fights and such if there was a good reason. However unlike his more aggressive brother he tended to only fight if there was no other solution, or if it was for friendly competition. His friends being threatened is one of the few things that will cause him to start a fight. He also doesn't believe in cleaning up someone else's mess. If one of his brothers causes problems for themselves he tends to leave it up to them to solve. This often times involves not taking his brothers' sides in things though he does care, if they are in the wrong he'll say so.
